A Special Meeting of Far East Lodge No. 1 was held in the Masonic Temple Yokohama, Japan on the 20th day of January 1971.
A Lodge of Fellow Craft Masons was opened in due and ancient form at the order of the Wor. Master in the East at 19:00 hours with Bro. Steinheimer in the East, Bro. Riffle in the West and Bro. Bicknas in the South, for the purpose of conferring the Second Degree of Masonry.
The Second Degree of Masonry was conferred on Bros. Sultan, Fox and Somerville in due and ancient form with Bro. Steinheimer in the East, Bro. Riffle in the West and Bro. Bicknas in the South.
Bros. Sultan, Fox and Somerville knocked on the door at 19:30 and were obligated at 19:40 hours. Bro. Riffle presented the Working Tools.
The Second Section of this degree was conferred on our newely obligated Brethren in due and ancient form with Bro. Steinheimer in the East, Bro. Riffle in the West and Bro. Bicknas in the South.
Bro. Watters gave the Lecture. Bro. Steinheimer gave the Letter 'G' Lecture. W.Bro. Williams delivered the Charge.
Peace and harmony prevailing, the Lodge was closed in due and ancient form at the order of the Worshipful Master in the East at 20:45 hours, with Bro. Steinheimer in the East, Bro. Riffle in the West and Bro. Bicknas in the South.
