The 452nd Special Meeting of Far East Lodge No. 1, F&AM, was held at the Masonic Temple No. 3 Bluff, Yamate-cho, Yokohama, Japan on the 13th day of January, 1973.
A Lodge of Master Masons was opened in due and ancient form at 12:30 hours with with Wor. Bro. Nishiyama (acting WM) in the East, Bro. Henderson (acting SW) in the West and Bro. Webb (acting JW) in the South. The Wor. Master announced that this Lodge of Master Masons had convened for the purpose of conducting the Installation Ceremonies for new officers of this Lodge for the ensuing Masonic year. He also announced that the entire ceremonies would be publicly conducted and called the Lodge to refreshment for this purpose, at 12:50 hours.
At 17:00 hours Most Wor. Bro. Nohea O. A. Peck, Installing Officer for Far East Lodge No. 1, called the Brethren to order and directed that the visitors and guests be invited to a seat in the Lodge, after which he announced to all that we would now receive visiting dignitaries as follows:

Right Worshipful Brother Charles P. Weatherman gave the Charge to the Worshipful Master, and Worshipful Brother Shigeru Nishiyama, Installing Marshal of Ceremonies, made the proclamation. MW Bro. Peck. requested the Wives of the Wardens to present Lapel pins of their respective offices, which they did with some difficulty, and the Daughter of the Wor. Master presented him his pin, after which Wor. Bro. Riffle thanked the Installing Officers, the visiting dignitaries, Job's Daughters and many friends and guests and invited all to the Installation Banquet. RW Bro. Swanson gave appropriate remarks, and RWB Weatherman (representing GM) congratulated all. MW Bro. Peck, after excusing the guests, closed the Lodge in Due and adequate form at 18:40 hours, with Bro. Alvarez in the West and Bro. Chun in the South.
