The 609th Stated Meeting of Far East Lodge No. 1, F. & A.M. was held at the Masonic Temple located at 77-12 Honmoku Midorigaoka, Naka-ku, Yokohama on the 2nd day of March 2013.
WBro Tsujii recognized the Distinguished Brethren of this Lodge as listed in the Tyler's register of this date.
A lodge of MM's was opened in due and ancient form at 13:00 hours with WBro Tsujii, WM in the East, Bro Ogawa, acting SW in the West and MWB. Watanabe, acting JW in the South.
Worshipful Master announced that this being our Stated Meeting for the month of February 2013 the first order of business would be the reading of the minutes of our last Stated Meeting. The Secretary read the minutes of our Monthly Meeting held on 2nd February was APPROVED AS READ.
The treasurer report for the month of January was reported by Bro Ogawa Tomio, Treasurer, after which he moved and it was seconded that the report accepted as read subject to the usual audit. MOTION CARRIED.
The Secretary then read the bills for the period after which he moved and it was seconded that the bills be paid. MOTION CARRIED.
RECEPTION OF PETITIONS: Bro Secretary announced a Petition for degree from Mr. Hideaki Suzuki.
CORRESPONDENCE: The secretary announced the G/L Monthly Bulletins on 27 February and GLEC Minutes of 16 February were tapped on the Bulletin Board of the conference room.
CHARITY: Amount of ¥5,700 was collected from brethren present.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Committees report: WB Tsujii asked the chairman of the committees to report their appointed members and plan for the activities. Then he appointed the brethren of the respective committees as follows;
NEW BUSINESS:
Installation of absent brother to the SD position: WB then called the Lodge free from restraint for the purpose of holding an open installation of appointed officers who had been unable to attend our installation ceremony in January. With WB Tsujii as Installing Officer and MWB Watanabe as Installing Marshal, Bro Tatara was duly installed as a Senior Deacon of the lodge for 2013.
Restoration: Granted upon Bro Bro DERASALS, Romadel Eugen. The Secretary explained his request for the restoration with a check covered his dues amount.
Demit : Granted upon Bro DERASALS, Romadel Eugen(dual member)
Lodge of instruction:WB Tsujii announced that Lodge of Instruction on the Third degree conferral will be conducted by WB. Donald Zamora, after the stated meeting closed.
Coming Schedule: The secretary announced the schedule of the Grand Lodge Annual Communication which will be held on March 15 and 16 at the Grand Lodge of Japan and children's festival on March 19. Following 6 brethren were expressed intent to participate the Children's Festival as volunteer;

CLOSING: At 15:20 hours, the WM announced that there being no further business to come before this Lodge of MM's and we would proceed to close. Peace and harmony prevailing, this lodge was closed at 15:30 hours in due and ancient form with WB Tsujii, WM in the East, Bro Ogawa, acting SW in the West, and MWBro Watanabe, JW in the South.
There were total 16 brethren present including 2 FCs of this Lodge and 2 visiting brethren VWB Watanabe Toshiya of Tokyo Yuai #11,WB, WB Miyamoto Ryoichi of Square and Compass Lodge #3,
