The Stated Meeting for March, 2012 consisted of only the required items of business and consequently was much shorter than usual, WB Sagara closing the lodge in due and ancient form at 1500 hrs.
Perhaps because of the busy spring season, regrets were received from 7 Brethren, with 11 Master Masons of Lodge Far East No. 1 in attendance.
The Lodge welcomed three first-time visitors: Bro Roderick Thomas of South West Lodge No. 283, National City, GL of California, Bro Abirchand Nahar Vikash of Asoka Lodge No. 93, GL of India and Bro Orpheu Martorelli Jr. of Virgilio Nascimento Lodge No. 22, GL of Sao Paulo.

The Lodge will meet again at the end of this month for a Special Meeting to confer the Third Degree of Masonry on Bro Jun'ichiro Mukai, who has demonstrated the necessary proficiency in the preceding degrees.
